Dialogue
1. Write a conversation with yourself and be honest
2. Negative feelings-let them out
3. Anger-Write the word SCREAM in big bold letters in your journal. You will be amazed how much better you feel!
Most of us already use dialoging every day in our lives without thinking about it. Which one of us doesn’t hold a conversation with ourselves either in our minds or out loud? Once we give ourselves permission to feel angry, be angry about something or someone we are able to release enormous amounts of emotional tension by journaling, writing down our unspoken conversations.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
